- Eligibility for Returns and Refunds We offer returns and refunds under the following circumstances:
- Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged, faulty, or defective, we will gladly accept returns and issue a full refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference.
- Incorrect Items Delivered: If we accidentally send you the wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

- Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days from the delivery date. You will need to:

- Include a video showing the unwrapping of the product in the condition it was delivered. This video must clearly show the packaging, the product, and any visible defects or errors in the item.
Please note, failure to provide a video showing the unwrapping of the product may render the item non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Condition of Returned Items Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused: The product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging, labels, and tags intact.
- Unopened: If the product has been opened or used, it will not be eligible for a return or refund unless defective or damaged.
- Original Condition: Products should be returned in their original condition without any modifications, stains, or damage. Any product that has been altered or used will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
- Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect products: We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. We will provide a return shipping label to ensure that there is no cost to you for the return.
- For other returns: If you are returning an item for reasons unrelated to defects or mistakes in our delivery, such as dissatisfaction with the product, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
- Refund Process Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- If the product is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take 12-15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- If the product is not in its original condition or does not meet the return criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the item to you.
